Store Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, we are happy to offer store credit for the value of your item, provided:
- The item is returned within 30 days of purchase
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is presented
- All original tags and packaging are intact
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase in-store or online.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item is faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law. We will offer:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- An exchange for the same or equivalent item, or
- A store credit if preferred
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the fault. Items must be assessed before a remedy is provided.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion
Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return postage and send the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Downloadable digital products
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Pierced jewellery
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email within the applicable return window
- Receive return authorisation — do not send items back without approval
- Pack items securely and include proof of purchase
- Ship or bring in-store — customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Processing Times
- Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
- Store credit: Issued within 1–2 business days of return approval
- Exchanges: Subject to stock availability
