Store Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, we are happy to offer store credit for the value of your item, provided:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of purchase
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is presented
  • All original tags and packaging are intact

Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase in-store or online.


Faulty or Defective Items

If your item is faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law. We will offer:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • An exchange for the same or equivalent item, or
  • A store credit if preferred

Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the fault. Items must be assessed before a remedy is provided.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return postage and send the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Pierced jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via email within the applicable return window
  2. Receive return authorisation — do not send items back without approval
  3. Pack items securely and include proof of purchase
  4. Ship or bring in-store — customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Processing Times

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
  • Store credit: Issued within 1–2 business days of return approval
  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability
